This world is becoming an increasingly violent and somewhat frightening place to live.........
Hatred and war erupting all over the world for no other reason then political gain, and outright greed!!!
Uneducated people, go to extreme measures to further there goals and spread there ignorance.
Government officials and politicians, stripping away even more rights and civil liberty's from the people that they are suppose to represent !
Cop's and politicians taking advantage of there authority, and abusing it at every turn!!
People form protests to demand there rights and then being arrested for civil disobedience.
Corporations attempt's to privatizes internet access, to a three tiered program and limited connections speed with the ability to edit or block data or sites at the ISP's discretion...............limiting free speech in the process
Giving unprecedented access to pristine wilderness area's for oil and coal expansion, there by leveling the forest's, polluting the habitats of countless animals, and causing further environmental damage! as apposed to investing in the development on alternative energy....
The world is a screwed up place and it's getting worse!!!

I was talking with a friend, the other day....
She is an awesome person, and one of the most intelligent people I've had the pleasure of knowing!
She's been an amazing friend in the short amount of time that I've known her! and during the conversation she mentioned something that really pisses me off!!!!
Uneducated, Raciest, Pricks!!!!!!
People that run there mouths without any notion of the fact that words have consequences, People that tirelessly work towards 's spreading an ignorant, uneducated and twisted world view!! People that are so consumed by there own stupidity that they can't see past there own nose, and Most of all people that spread hate for no other reason the Hate Alone!!!
This is the 21st century, A time of technological advances and world wide social interaction, There should be no place in the world for this kind of thinking!!!
It makes me sick to think,.. that in this day and age such antiquated notions of racial or religious superiority still run rampant throughout the world,..... Too hate another based solely on skin color or nationality is below subhuman !
My friend was called all kind's of ignorant names, names that aren't even worth being repeated, by people that basically equate to human scum!!
Unfortunately, intolerance as pathetic and uncalled for as it is, Still exists at an astonishing level in today's society ...
We are all individuals, we all have our own thoughts, dreams, goals, and beliefs!!
We far too often look at the world around us as independent from ourselves, well neglecting the fact that we are all still just human no one person is any better or worse then the rest!!!
No human race is superior, no religious faith is inferior!

Womens Rights
The new republican speaker of the house John (crybaby) Boehner has called this pathetic anti-choice Bill one of congress's highest priorities, But with unemployment and the jobless rate at an all time high in this country (Mostly thanks to bush era stupidity, and twisted republican ideology, Not to mention the unnecessary War's that are still costing Billions of dollars and hundreds if not thousands of innocent lives both solder's and civilian's ) You would think that Stopping the War , creating new jobs and fixing the economy would take presadent, over striping average working people of there rights and giving the rich even more money..... i.e. the Bush era tax cuts!!.....
.Kind of funny how that works out huh......
With the newly appointed congress in charge the rights equality and basic freedoms of women and minority are being systematical destroyed, Arizona with there strong anti-imagination policies is beginning to spread, Then there's the republican view on minority's in general, and there constant attack on the poor and middle class citizens along with there self righteous "only the rich matter attitude" are what's hurting this country the most!!
Now they want to take away yet another right....The strong Anti-choice members of congress are wasting little time in there attempt to limit or completely restrict a woman's right to abortion. Making the situation even worse for the victims of rap or insist, and potently costing the life's of hundreds if not thousands of innocent women who may end up dying because of a lack of treatment.....This should not happen, No one takes an abortion lightly and regardless of the situation the poor woman will live with that decision the rest of her life, but the simple fact of the matter is sometimes an abortion is necessary This service should not be denied!! and it should be the woman's choice after all it's her body as well as her life!
They clam to be pro life while at the sometime, restricting the freedoms and rights of the people and costing innocent life's , If they really cared about life and the suffering of others they would ( END the needles wars ) and start helping all of the sick and starving children here and around the world!!
They should put there money where there big moth is!!
At the moment they are working on a new bill that would in effect revive the already rejected Stupak Amendment...
The bill if passed would go as follows...
Their new proposal would penalize individual women as well as businesses and would strip away the insurance coverage for abortions...
The proposal would prohibit anyone who receives a federal subsidy to buy insurance in a new health care exchange from purchasing a plan that includes abortion coverage, (there by reinstating the stupak abortion coverage ban )
It would permanently deny abortion coverage to women who depend on the government for their health care, including Native Americans, government employees, the peace corps volunteers, poor women and woman serving time in prisons and the military....
It would change the tax laws in order to penalize businesses both "the mainstream and privet sector" that offer abortion coverage and prevent women from deducting medical expenses related to abortion care.
BUT Most Importantly.... The bill would allow public hospitals to refuse medically necessary abortions to pregnant women who are rushed in with life threatening emergency's.

The Raven
The Raven......by Edger Allen Poe, one of my favorites lol
Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
"'Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door
Only this, and nothing more."
Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December,
And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor.
Eagerly I wished the morrow; vainly I had sought to borrow
From my books surcease of sorrow - sorrow for the lost Lenore
For the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels name Lenore
Nameless here for evermore.
And the silken sad uncertain rustling of each purple curtain
Thrilled me - filled me with fantastic terrors never felt before;
So that now, to still the beating of my heart, I stood repeating,
"'Tis some visitor entreating entrance at my chamber door
Some late visitor entreating entrance at my chamber door;
This it is, and nothing more."
Presently my soul grew stronger; hesitating then no longer,
"Sir," said I, "or Madam, truly your forgiveness I implore;
But the fact is I was napping, and so gently you came rapping,
And so faintly you came tapping, tapping at my chamber door,
That I scarce was sure I heard you" - here I opened wide the door;
Darkness there, and nothing more.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing,

"Surely," said I, "surely that is something at my window lattice:
Let me see, then, what thereat is, and this mystery explore

Open here I flung the shutter, when, with many a flirt and flutter,
In there stepped a stately raven of the saintly days of yore;
Not the least obeisance made he; not a minute stopped or stayed he;
But, with mien of lord or lady, perched above my chamber door
Perched upon a bust of Pallas just above my chamber door
Perched, and sat, and nothing more.
Then this ebony bird beguiling my sad fancy into smiling,
By the grave and stern decorum of the countenance it wore.
"Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou," I said, "art sure no craven,
Ghastly grim and ancient raven wandering from the Nightly shore
Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!"
Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore."
Much I marvelled this ungainly fowl to hear discourse so plainly,
Though its answer little meaning - little relevancy bore;
For we cannot help agreeing that no living human being
Ever yet was blest with seeing bird above his chamber door
Bird or beast upon the sculptured bust above his chamber door,
With such name as "Nevermore."
But the raven, sitting lonely on the placid bust, spoke only
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing further then he uttered - not a feather then he fluttered
Till I scarcely more than muttered, "other friends have flown before
On the morrow he will leave me, as my hopes have flown before."
Then the bird said, "Nevermore."
Startled at the stillness broken by reply so aptly spoken,
"Doubtless," said I, "what it utters is its only stock and store,
Caught from some unhappy master whom unmerciful Disaster
Followed fast and followed faster till his songs one burden bore
Till the dirges of his Hope that melancholy burden bore
Of 'Never - nevermore'."
But the Raven still beguiling all my fancy into smiling,
Straight I wheeled a cushioned seat in front of bird, and bust and door;
Then upon the velvet sinking, I betook myself to linking
Fancy unto fancy, thinking what this ominous bird of yore
What this grim, ungainly, ghastly, gaunt and ominous bird of yore
Meant in croaking "Nevermore."
This I sat engaged in guessing, but no syllable expressing
To the fowl whose fiery eyes now burned into my bosom's core;
This and more I sat divining, with my head at ease reclining
On the cushion's velvet lining that the lamplight gloated o'er,
But whose velvet violet lining with the lamplight gloating o'er,
She shall press, ah, nevermore!
Then methought the air grew denser, perfumed from an unseen censer
Swung by Seraphim whose footfalls tinkled on the tufted floor.
"Wretch," I cried, "thy God hath lent thee - by these angels he hath sent thee
Respite - respite and nepenthe, from thy memories of Lenore!
Quaff, oh quaff this kind nepenthe and forget this lost Lenore!"

Congress vote themselves a pay raise " ON THE TAX PAYER'S DIME " while at the same time denying an increase on living wages for people on social security or disability, ( money that they have payed into there entire working lives) Then try to lower minimum wage and increase the retirement age, Let them live on minimum wage and actually work for a living for a year and see how fun it is!! unfortunately that will never happen!
The rich get richer and the poor suffer! The rich start wars and the poor die!
When they want you to buy something they'll tell you, when they want you to say something they'll let you know, and when they want you to die in there next war they'll come and get you!!

Net Neutrality
No one should have the right to tell someone what they may or may not do online, If we loose yet another right to big Business whats next? Internet belongs to the people more so then the large corporations, The majority of there lines and towers that provide internet service sit on public land, internet service should be provided equally and without higher bills or degraded service at the order of large telecome or the ISP's!! A free and open internet gives us a way to make our voices heard, and allows us to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Through blogging, vlogging, webcast or other wise, we are able to connect with others and share our experience's and views on politics, environmental and social events and many more. Without strong rules that can actually be enforced we would be in danger of losing one of the greatest tool's the public has for self expression as well as a way to exercise our freedom of speech. Strong Net Neutrality should be a permanent Law, after all what good is free speech if it can be blocked or edited at any time!
