Right now, Big Oil is spending hundred's of Millions lobbying there congriessinal allies in a masive effort to force approval of The Keystone XL pipline..
Using sleazy underhanded tactic's and a threat of an unnecessary Tax hike on ten's of thousands of hard working people just to try and manipulate the system, for low life lobbyist and there corporate master's is Wrong, Forcing backroom deal's on the American people that congress both The Senate and The House are suppose to represent is short sighted.
Especially at a time when millions of American families are struggling to make ends meet, giving a 2,000 mile gift to the oil industry should not be a priority.
The Keystone XL rider from the House of Representatives should not stay attached to the payroll tax bill, a bill meant to give a hand to American workers and boost the economy, not oil industry profits.
President Obama has already threatened to veto any bill with the Keystone rider attached. Don't sacrifice millions of American families just for the one company that will operate the Keystone XL. Put the interest's of the American people a head of the influence and strangle hold that Corporate Greed seems to have on so many in Washington these day's
